Planned Preventative Maintenance is key to keeping your equipment working to its full potential and in line with F gas law. Even something as simple as a blocked filter can stop your system from working. Having a structured maintenance schedule set up means you can often prevent problems arising. Below are the details of our maintenance visits, meticulously checking every aspect of your system. You will receive a detailed service report via email for you to keep on record to prove you have had F gas checks completed.
A major service consists of,
Replace throw away filter or clean permanent type.
Belt condition, tension & alignment.
Check condition of all refrigeration coils.
System controls, operation and fault code check.
Check lift and external condensate pumps.
Check all safety controls.
Air discharge cleanliness.
Time clock setting and function.
Pipe work condition.
Lagging condition.
Condition of evaporator and internal components.
Condition of condenser and internal components.
Fan amps.
Compressor amps.
Air discharge temperatures.
Air intake temperatures.
Defrost cycle.
F Gas legislation checks.
Gas levels. (If suspected low)
Fascia clean.
Detailed service report for all systems sent via email.
Replace throw away filter or clean permanent type.
Evaporator coil check.
System controls, operation and fault code check.
Service report for all systems sent via email.
Please note chemical cleaning for evaporator and condensing coils are not included in a standard maintenance visit.
How often you need a PPM visit depends on a few variables and would be determined when the job is quoted for.
Refrigerant gas leakage checks via an electronic leak detector and visual checks.
